CareerBridge Program

The CareerBridge Program combines BCBA exam tutoring, career support, and ongoing professional mentorship to help you successfully transition into your career as a BCBA. This program is designed especially for professionals who:

  • Already have a BCBA position lined up after passing the exam, but know the position may not offer much mentorship or supervision.

  • Want additional guidance, feedback, and support as they begin their career as a BCBA.

  • Want to build confidence not only in passing the exam, but also in developing the skills needed to become an independent and successful professional.

What’s Included:

  • 12 weeks of BCBA exam tutoring - weekly sessions for 1 hour to review and practice ABA content. You will first complete a pre-assessment, then ABA content modules and fluency building.

  • Job search & interview support - I will help prepare you for interviews so you are confident answering questions and describing who you are as a professional. We can review job offers so you select the opportunity that best matches your career vision.

  • Weekly BCBA mentorship - In addition to completing professional development modules, we will meet weekly to review clinical or supervisory issues. I will review a written product prior to meeting to provide feedback and to ensure you are writing like a strong BCBA. I will provide you with support

  • Professional development modules - During and outside of our weekly BCBA mentorship meetings, you will work on a variety of modules to help develop your professional repertoire to establish yourself as a strong BCBA and professional. I utilize various tools in the ABA field to help build your professional repertoire.

  • Monthly support groups - All professionals in the CareerBridge program will be offered a monthly meeting. During this meeting, we will discuss topics as a group and share experiences as new BCBAs in the field of ABA. This meeting will help you find a community of support in the field and develop collaborative skills with others.

  • CEUs - Free access to CEUs that I offer through my company

Package Types - there are 3 levels you can choose from:

12 weeks tutoring + 3 months of mentorship - $2,000

12 weeks tutoring + 6 months of mentorship - $3,000

12 weeks tutoring +12 months of mentorship & consulting supervision - $5,000

What if I don’t pass the exam?

While I am committed to you passing the exam, I do not offer a money back guarentee. If you do not pass the exam, you are given two options:

  1. Your mentoring sessions begin, however, the focus will be on additional exam tutoring. Once you pass the exam, you can add on additional mentoring sessions at the same hourly rate if you want to make up the time.

  2. You can add on additional tutoring sessions at a lower rate, then your mentoring sessions will begin once you pass the exam.

    We will review these two options prior to signing a contract so you can select an option that is best for you.

    What if I want additional tutoring time?

    Your CareerBridge contract will include an option to add on additional tutoring sessions. These sessions are optional.

Payment plans

Like I said, I know you have invested a lot in your career, which has included a lot of money and loans to complete graduate school. A support package can be a large investment; we can discuss payment plans if that ensures you get the support you need to start your career right.

I am starting the next cohort in October 2026, which will be good timing if you are completing classes in December and want to take the exam early in 2027.
