This system works to organize and monitor your staff observations. There is a tab for 10 different staff members (more can be made as needed). Each staff member tab has 3 observations forms - a general, treatment fidelity/program check, BSP check. The data from each of these forms gets pulled into a running average so you can monitor how each of your staff members are performing. A separate tab shows you data across each of your staff so you can identify how to support individual staff members, where your team needs work, or where your team is successful. Additional resources for staff supervision are also included on the “directions” tab.
10 scenarios a BCBA may encounter at work. The scenario will describe a possible problem or situation. Then, you are given a list of questions to answer about the scenario. There are several BACB ethical codes also identified for each scenario. It would be helpful to also list additional questions or information you might want to seek out to address the problem. Use these scenarios to practice how to respond to ethical concerns alone or with your supervisor or colleague.
