This system works to organize and monitor your staff observations. There is a tab for 10 different staff members (more can be made as needed). Each staff member tab has 3 observations forms - a general, treatment fidelity/program check, BSP check. The data from each of these forms gets pulled into a running average so you can monitor how each of your staff members are performing. A separate tab shows you data across each of your staff so you can identify how to support individual staff members, where your team needs work, or where your team is successful. Additional resources for staff supervision are also included on the “directions” tab.
